What is SortHaul?
SortHaul is dispatch automation software for trucking carriers. It reads your rate confirmations, builds the load, texts your drivers, tracks the load, and raises the invoice on delivery, so your team spends time on freight instead of paperwork.
How does it work, start to finish?
A broker emails a rate con, or you upload one, and it becomes a load on its own. You assign a driver and they get a text with a private app to accept it, share their location, and snap the proof of delivery. Your shipper follows a live tracking link, and when the load delivers, the invoice is created and emailed automatically.
Who is SortHaul for?
Carriers and dispatch teams who are outgrowing the spreadsheet, from owner-operators to fleets running up to a hundred trucks. If adding a truck means one more thing to drop, it is built for you.
Getting started
How do I get started?
Click "Get started" and fill in a short form with your company, fleet size, and where you track loads today. Our team uses it to set up your private workspace and gets back to you to finish setup. You then sign in and go.
How long does setup take?
Most carriers are up and running within a few business days of filling in the form. We confirm your exact timeline once we are in touch.
Will it work with the system I already use?
Yes. SortHaul connects to the system you already track loads in, such as NocoDB, Airtable, a spreadsheet, or another database, so there is nothing to rip out and replace.
Drivers and customers
Do my drivers have to download an app?
No. When you assign a load, the driver gets a text with a private link that opens their own simple app. Nothing to install.
How do shippers track their freight?
Every load comes with a live tracking link you can send the broker or shipper. They check the status whenever they want, which means far fewer check calls for you.

How does pricing work?
There are plans for carriers of every size, and they scale with your fleet. For a quote that fits your operation, book a quick demo or contact the team.
What are the contract terms?
Plans are billed monthly, and a discounted annual option is available. You can move up or down a plan as you grow. For exact terms, book a demo.
Countries and security
Which countries do you support?
SortHaul supports carriers across North America, Europe, and several other markets, and invoices are shown in your local currency. If you are not sure about a specific country, just ask and we will confirm.
Is my data secure?
Each carrier's data is kept separate from every other carrier, and accounts support two-step verification. SortHaul reads from your system and never takes over your records.
Does it handle invoicing and factoring?
Yes. An invoice is created the moment a load is dispatched and emailed to your customer on delivery, ready for factoring, with payments handled through Stripe.
